摘要
目的:探讨2009—2011年间中国成年女性的体重变化与基线膳食能量供给的关系。方法:以中国健康与营养调查(CHNS)中参加了2009年和2011年回访的18~60岁女性为研究对象,按单位体重变化<-5%、-5%^-3%、-3%~3%、3%~5%、5%~8%、>8%分为6层,分析体重变化和基线膳食的关系。结果:1 130名18~44岁组体重增加>8%者的基线年龄、体重、BMI均显著低于其他组;1 370名45~60岁组体重和BMI较低者两年后体重趋于增加更多;单因素线性回归分析体重变化与脂肪供能比两年龄组均无关。多因素回归分析两年龄组BMI与体重降低显著负相关,碳水化合物供能比、单位体重的能量摄入、身体活动水平等因素与其体重变化无显著关联。结论:本研究结果不支持我国居民摄入脂肪增加是其体重增加的关键原因。
Objective To verify the association between weight change of Chinese adult female and baseline dietary energy supply in2009—2011.Method This paper accessed the female aged 18~60 who took part in the CHNS in 2009 and were followed up in 2011.And this paper analyzed weight changes and baseline dietary energy supply among these women,stratified as 6 groups by weight change per kg（〈-5%,-5^-3%,-3~3%,3%~5%,5~8%）.Result The baseline age,weight,BMI of the women whose weight increased over 8%was under other groups for 1 130 women aged 18~44 significantly（P〈0.05）;The weight of 1 370 women aged 45~60whose baseline weight and BMI were lower tended to increased more;ANOVA found there was no relationship between weight change and the energy supply ration of fat in both age groups（P〉0.05）.Multiple linear regression analysis found that there was negative correlation between BMI and weight change significantly and that as for energy supply ratio of CHO,energy per kg and physical activity,there was no correlation with weight change（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The results did not support that the addition of fat consumption lead to the weight raise of Chinese adult women.
