摘要
医疗设备是医院的重要资源,减少医疗设备维修中的闲置时间,确保医院优良医疗设备处于运行良好,不影响临床正常工作,对医院医疗设备质量管理具有重要意义。笔者成立了以"降低维修中医疗设备的闲置时间"为主题的品管圈活动,采用品管圈实施质量改进,使医疗设备维修闲置时间由原来平均维修时间为3.29 d降低到1.92 d,取得了良好的改善。
Medical equipment is an important resource in hospital, which showed great significance to reduce idle time and ensure well running of medical equipment maintenance, and improve the quality of equipment and guarantee the normal daily work of clinical. Therefore, the quality control circle was established to improve the quality control with the theme of ＂Reducing idle time of equipment in maintenance＂. The maintenance time reduced from 3.29 days to 1.92 days, which demonstrated good improvement.
