摘要
聚酯218多元醇、环氧树脂(E-51)和4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)以预聚体法合成预聚物,乙酸乙酯为溶剂(X组分)。而甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)在偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)引发下,乙酸乙酯为溶剂合成共聚物(Y组分)。将X、Y两组分混合作为A组分,以芳香胺类为主要成分制成B组分。A、B组分混合制得改性的聚氨酯胶黏剂,考察了其力学性能、耐温性能及黏合性能。结果表明,在w(固)=80%,w(NCO)=4%,AIBN为MMA和BMA总质量的1%,m(E-51)∶m(MMA)∶m(BMA)=1∶1∶1时,基材有较大拉伸强度。其它条件固定,w(固)=70%时基材有最大拉伸强度(25.02MPa)和最大剪切强度(7.02MPa)。且经过改性后耐温性有明显的提高。
The prepolymer(X component)was synthesized by polyester polyol 218,epoxy resin(E-51)and diphenyl methane diisocyanate(MDI)by prepolymer method,in ethyl acetate as solvent.In addition,the copolymer(Y component)was obtained by polymerization between methyl methacrylate(MMA)and butyl methacrylate(BMA)in AIBN as initiator,and ethyl acetate as solvent.X,Y two components were mixed as component A.with aromatic amine as the main component made of components B,and the modified polyurethane adhesive was made from component A and B.The mechanical properties,heat resistance and adhesion property changes of the modified polyurethane adhesive were investigated.The results showed that when the solid content of the modified polyurethane adhesive was 80%,the content of NCO was 4%,AIBN was 1% of the total quality of MMA and BMA,the ratio of m(E-51)∶m(MMA)∶m(BMA)was 1∶1∶1,and the base materials had great tensile strength.Other conditions fixed,when the solid content was 70%,the base materials had the maximum tensile strength(25.02MPa),and with the maximum shear strength(7.02MPa).And after modification,the temperature resistance of the modified polyurethane adhesive was improved obviously.
