摘要
南海问题的核心议题是中国与南海周边国家对南海诸岛屿主权归属和专属海域划界的争议。改革开放以来,大陆学界对南海主权的历史研究日益增多,涵盖了自古代至新中国成立各个时期南海主权的历史。梳理相关研究成果,既可以明晰中国对南海不容置疑的历史主权,也可以为中国维护南海主权提供更为系统、客观、充分的历史依据和法理依据。
The core issue of the South China Sea is the dispute between China and the neighboring countries of the South China Sea on the sovereignty of the islands in the South China Sea and the delimita-tion of the territorial oceans. Since the reform and opening u p ？ the study of the history of the sovereignty over the South China Sea has been increasing, covering the history of the sovereignty over the South China Sea from ancient times to the founding of new China. Combining the relevant research results, we can not only clarify the history of China＇s indisputable sovereignty over the South China Sea, but also provide the more systematic, objective and sufficient historical basis and legal basis for China to safeguard the sover-eignty of the South China Sea.
