摘要
以调查问卷为依据,对昆山快递业服务质量和客户满意度进行调研,通过对调研数据进行分析,对快递业提出改善服务态度、提高货物安全性、合理定价、加强信息化建设等改进建议。
In this paper, through the analysis of survey data based on the questionnaire to the service quality and customer satisfaction of Kunshan express enterprise, this paper proposes some suggestions on enterprises, including improving service attitude, enhancing commodity security, rationalizing price and strengthening informationization.
