摘要
建立了采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术快速、准确测定近林地水中敌敌畏残留量的方法。采用液液提取的方式对水样进行前处理,提取后使用气质联用仪进行分析。该方法选择性好,灵敏度高,敌敌畏检测线性范围为0.05~1.0mg·L^(-1),检出限为0.02mg·L^(-1),加标回收率在92.5%~97.9%之间,可以作为近林地水样中敌敌畏残留量的检测和确证方法。
A rapid and accurate method for determination of dichlorvos residues in water near fruit bearing forest was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The samples were determined by GC-MS after liquid-liquid extraction. The linear range of the method was 0.05~1.0mg/L, the determination limit was 0.02mg/L, and the recovery was 92.5%~97.9%. The proposed method had good selectivity and high sensitivity, and was suitable for analysis of dichlorvos residues in water near fruit bearing forest.
