摘要
针对电厂机组滑压曲线随着外界条件变化产生偏移的问题,结合汽轮机的变工况理论,提出了一种以调节级压力为自变量的滑压曲线。基于该曲线,提出了一种汽轮机最佳滑压运行方式控制方法,克服了供热抽汽量和排汽压力等热力参数变化对滑压曲线的影响;该方法采用先"粗调"后"精调"逐步逼近的自适应控制模式,能够保持较快的响应速度,便于在电厂分散控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)实施,实现对汽轮机运行工况的精确调节,提高机组运行经济性。
In allusion to the problem of deviation of the sliding pressure curve of power plant unit with changes of exto conditions, this paper presents a kind of sliding pressure curve taking governing stage pressure as the independent variable by combining variable condition theory of the steam turbine. On the basis of this curve, it puts forward a control method for optimal sliding pressure operating mode which can overcome affect of changes of thermal parameters such as heating-extrac-tion capacity and exhaust pressure. This method adopts a self-adaptive control mode of gradual approximating which means general adjustment firstly and then accurate adjustment. By using this method, it is able to keep rapid response speed and be convenient for implementation in the distributed control system (DCS) in power plant so as to accurately adjust operating condition of the steam turbine and improve operating economy of the unit.
