摘要
海上浮动核电站具有独特的优势,具有广阔的应用前景。作为核电站载体平台对充分发挥浮动核电站的优势,确保浮动核电站核安全具有重要作用。文章分析浮动核电站的优势及技术难点,并从浮动核电站外部事件、安全评价方法、核电站基本要求、平台选型及载体平台结构、总体安全设计等方面,对浮动核电站载体平台安全设计进行探讨分析,为浮动核电站载体平台安全设计提供技术参考。
Floating nuclear power plants (FNPP) has unique advantages and wide application prospect. The carrier platform for the FNPP plays an important role in bringing full advantages and ensuring the safety of FNPP. The advantages and design technological difficulties of FNPP are discussed in this paper. It also discusses and analyzes the external event of FNPP, safety assessment method, basic requirements of the nuclear power plant, type selection of the platform, structure of the carrier platform, and overall safety design, etc. Suggestions and measures should be used to technically guide the safety design of the carrier platform of FNPP.
