摘要
在新技术条件下,为解决长期存在于开放教育教学中的若干问题,在已有ED U superm arket模式外,探索开展SPO C教学的实践工作,研究SO PC与电大教学结合的方式、教学实验、评价机制;研究世界在线教育的潮流、SO PC的起源、以及在美国的发展情况;如何通过SO PC方式实现同步与异步教学,寻找适合电大教学的优秀经验并加以实践。
Under the condition of the new technology to solve the problem, some exist in the teaching of open education.
