摘要
根据评价指标体系建立的原则,建立了港口竞争力评价指标体系,然后利用主成分分析方法对评价指标的因素之间进行了影响度分析,选取前三个比较大影响值,建立了神经网络评价港口竞争力模型,利用影响值比较大的三个影响值进行了港口竞争力评价。根据评价结果,验证了主成分-神经网络方法对评价港口竞争力的可行性,并提出了江苏省港口提高竞争力的相应建议。
According to the principles of evaluation index system, this essay established a port competitiveness evaluation index system, used principal component analysis（PCA） to make impact analysis between factors, selected the first three coefficient of influence, build the model of neural networks model （NNs） for port competitiveness evaluation and selected three influence value to evaluate port competitiveness. According to results of the evalua- tions,the method of PCA- NNs is feasible for evaluating port competitiveness, and strategies were put forward to improve the competitiveness of Jiangsu Ports.
