摘要
目的探讨术前宣教小课堂对改善手术患者术中护理效果的影响及应用价值。方法选择我院2015年2月至2016年2月的650例手术患者,随机分为两组。对照组入院后接受术前常规护理,观察组在术前常规护理基础上接受围手术期健康宣教授课。比较两组患者的术中情况,比较两组的术中护理质量水平。结果观察组的术中完全配合的患者比例显著高于对照组,术中心率增快、血压升高、情绪紧张的比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术中护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对手术患者进行术前宣教授课,可有效提高术中护理质量,稳定并改善患者情绪,对改善患者预后具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To evaluate the effect of preoperatively exploring primary classroom in improving intraoperative nursing effect in surgical patients and its application value. Methods 650 cases of surgical patients in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received routine preoperative nursing, while the observation group received preoperative health education teaching on the basis of routine nursing. The intraoperative situation and nursing quality were compared between two groups. Results The proportion of completely cooperative patients during surgery of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the proportions of patients with intraoperative increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure and emotional stress were significantly lower than those of control group (P 〈0.05). The score of intraoperative nursing quality of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Preoperative health education teaching for surgical patients can effectively improve the intraoperative nursing quality, and stable and improve patients' emotions, which has important clinical significance for improving patients' prognosis.
