摘要
介绍了四逆散的药理作用和临床应用,通过分析总结近年来四逆散的相关文献,发现四逆散主要有催眠、抗抑郁、调节胃肠功能、保肝等药理作用。临床上多以此方为基本方加减治疗消化系统疾病和肝胆疾病,疗效显著。结合当今社会肝郁证较为常见,认为四逆散可以进一步开发应用。
This review introduces the pharmacological actions and clinical applicationsof Sini Powder. By analysis the literature of Sini Powder in recent years, found that Sini Powder have hypnosis, antidepressant, regulate gastrointestinal function, protecting liver andother pharmacological effects. In clinical, often use sini powder as basic prescription, add or subtract to treating digestive system diseases and liver disease, has remarkable effect. In combination with depression syndrome is more common in today＇s society, thinks that Sini Powder can further development and application.
