摘要
鉴于监测电网稳定和保护控制需要,精确时钟同步在电力系统中的应用需求愈来愈迫切。针对智能变电站基于IEC 61588协议精确同步对时协议,介绍了对时系统和时钟源冗余配置策略,详细阐述了智能变电站精准时间同步原理,并提出基于对称链路与非对称链路时延假设条件下时间同步计算方法。仿真结果表明,基于IEC 61588协议的智能变电站时间同步算法在对称链路假设条件下有效,当考虑非对称链路时需修正原有算法才能获得较高精度的同步效果。
Given the demand of stability monitoring and protection & control for power grid, the requirement for precision clock synchronization application in power grid becomes more and more urgent. This paper introduces the synchronization system in smart substations as well as the redundant configuration strategy of the clock source. The paper also expounds the principles of precision clock synchronization protocol. Furthennore, we propose the synchronization algorithms based on symmetry and asymmetry transmission delay assumptions respectively. The simulation results show that the traditional synchronization algorithm based on IEC 61588 protocol should be modified when considering asymmetric transmission delay between master and slave clocks.
