摘要
应急信息源呈现用户需求导向、系统复杂性和重要性。借鉴工程化思维和WSR系统方法论,对应急信息源可信度研究范式与体系构建过程进行分析,并提出工程化思维下应急信息源可信度研究体系构建WSR三维结构,从理论路线、科学知识、工具方法和应用研究3个方面总结应急信息源可信度研究体系。以提高应急信息源可信度质量,提高应急事件管理能力,减少应急伤害和损失,为后续研究提供理论支持。
Emergent information sources present user requirements orientation, system complexity and importance. From the engineering thought and methodology of WSR system, the paper analysed emergency information source credibility research paradigm and system construction process, put forward the engineering thinking of emergency information source WSR to build three- dimensional structure reliability research system, sanamed up the emergency information source credibility research system from the aspects of theory course, scientific knowledge, method and application. In order to improve the credibility quality of e- mergency information sources, improved emergency management capabilities, reduced emergency injuries and losses, and provid- ed theoretical support for follow- up research.
