摘要
根据民办高职办学特点,运用CDIO模式下产品全生命生产周期的理念重构《机械制造基础》课程体系,包括知识体系、能力大纲、教学方法等,体现作品即产品的职业教育特色,并以变速箱齿轮制造工艺为例,结合信息化手段,提出一种基于CDIO工程思维模式的教学方法,提倡以学生为主体的选择性学习模式,让学生体验"做中学、学中做"的完整过程。
According to the characteristics of the private higher vocational colleges, the course system of "Fundamental of Mechanical Manufacture" was reconstructed by utilizing the concept of the life cycle in CDIO mode. It included knowledge system, capacity syllabus and teaching method and so on, which reflected the characteristics of the vocational education with "work is products". Taking the manufacturing process of a transmission gear as an example, combining with information technology, a teaching method of engineering minds mode based on CDIO was put forward.' It advocated a selective learning mode regarding students as main body, which made the students experience the complete process of "learning by doing" and "doing by learning".
