摘要
人造板是重要的家具和建筑材料,但易受霉茵侵蚀,大大削减了板材的利用率和使用寿命,如何更好地对人造板进行防霉处理一直是行业内亟待解决的难题。本文基于板材防霉的研究现状,提出以绿色环保型药剂——中草药用作板材防霉剂,结合中草药抑茵性能在各个领域的应用,分析了中草药防霉剂在板材防霉处理中的发展方向,以期为实现大规模使用提供可能。
As an important furniture and building material, wood-based panel is susceptible to mold erosion and thus reducing its utilization rate and service life. The anti-mildew treatment has been a key issue in the wood-based panel industry. Based on the current research status on the mildew proofing wood based panel, Chinese herbal medicine, a kind of green and environment-friendly pharmaceutical, was proposed as mildew inhibitor for the wood based panel. Combined with the antibacterial properties of Chinese herbal medicine in various fields of application, the development direction of Chinese herbal medicine mildew proofing agent in the mildew treatment was analyzed in the hope of holding the possibilities for large-scale use.
