翼缘纵向变厚度工型截面简支梁承载性能有限元分析 被引量:1

Finite Element Analysis on Bearing Behavior of I-section Beam with Longitudinally Variable Thickness Flanges

摘要 目的研究翼缘纵向变厚度工型截面简支梁的构件受力性能,为其进一步参数化分析提供依据.方法采用有限元软件ANSYS对2根翼缘纵向变厚度构件和2根等厚度对比构件进行模拟,研究单点加载和两点加载情况下的承载性能,考虑试验侧向支撑和理想侧向边界条件的影响,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比.结果有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,4根构件截面均达到密实截面要求,且翼缘变厚度工型截面梁可以获得更大的强度储备;理想侧向支撑有利于提高构件的整体承载力,相比试验侧向支撑模型提高约5%.结论笔者建立的有限元模型能够合理模拟试验条件,且建议在进一步参数化分析中采用理想侧向支撑边界条件;纵向变厚度钢板节省用钢量以及本身强度优势,用于工型截面受弯构件翼缘可以获得更高的强度储备和更大的经济效益. The paper studied the bearing capacity and deformation behavior of I-section beam with longitudinally profiled steel plate using the software ANSYS. 4 specimen models were established to study the bearing capacity under single-point loading and two-point loading, including 2 specimens with variable flange thickness,2 specimens with constant flange thickness. The models considering the different lateral restraint condition, and influence of residual stress and geometric imperfection were included. The analyzed results were compared with test results, and the results are in good agreement with each other. It shows that all of the specimens meet the requirement of compact cross section and I-section beam with longitudinally profiled steel plate could get larger strength reserve. Ideal lateral constraint is conducive to bearing capacity with an increment about 5 %. The conclusion is that an reasonable finite element model was established and it could be used for further analysis of parameters with the ideal lateral boundary. Longitudinally profiled steel plate could be used as flange components to improve strength reserve and enhance economic performance, and should be proposed in practice.
