摘要
鼠衰老模型可分为自然衰老模型和人工衰老模型两类。本文通过回顾鼠自然衰老模型、D-半乳糖致衰老模型、β淀粉样蛋白注射致衰老模型、快速老化小鼠模型、γ射线照射致衰老模型、臭氧损伤致衰老模型、去除胸腺致衰老模型和转基因致衰老模型等方法,详细阐述了各方法的原理、建模方法、评价指标和优缺点,为不同目的的研究提供了参考依据,为口腔黏膜衰老模型的建立提供借鉴。
The aging mouse models could be divided into two categories: natural aging models and artificial aging models. This paper reviewed the aging mouse models established by nature, D-galactose, β-amyloid protein injection, accelerated senescence, γ ray irradiation, ozone, thymectomy and transgene. The principles, methods, indicators of evaluation, advantages and disadvantages of each method were elaborated to provide reference for researches with different purposes, including the establishment of oral mucosal aging model.
