摘要
针对以往挤奶设备方案评价过程中权重确定存在的主观随意性,提出了一种新的基于离差最大化方法的挤奶机方案综合评价方法.首先从经济性、技术性和质量三个角度建立了多层次的挤奶机方案综合评价指标体系,然后介绍了属性权重完全未知时利用离差最大化方法确定属性权重的基本原理.在此基础上,建立了基于离差最大化方法的挤奶机方案综合评价模型.最后通过仿真实例对三型挤奶机方案进行了评价和分析,验证了方法的可行性和有效性.
To determine the existence of subjective weights for evaluation before milking equipment in the process, put forward a new comprehensive evaluation method for milking machine program based on maximum deviation method. Firstly, from three aspects of economy, technology and quality to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for milking machine, then introduces the attribute weights are completely unknown when using the basic principle for determining the weights of attributes from the maximum difference method. On this basis, establishing the comprehensive evaluation model of milking machine based on maximum deviation method. At the end of the three type milking machine scheme was evaluated and analyzed, through simulation examples verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
