摘要
结合小儿"肝常有余""脾常不足"的生理、病理特点,"肝脾相关"理论可运用于小儿治未病,小儿脾胃疾病、肝胆疾病、儿童多动症及抽动症等疾病的诊治,亦可运用此理论。在治未病中,未病先防需健脾疏肝,病后调养应健脾调肝;小儿脾胃疾病除了运脾开胃,还应疏肝清肝、调畅气机;小儿肝胆病除了疏肝利胆,还应健脾化湿;儿童多动症及抽动症需抑木扶土、肝脾同治。正确理解"肝脾相关"理论并在儿科的临床实践中注重肝脾同治,对提高儿科诊治疗效具有重要作用。
Considering children's physiological characteristics and pathological features of "liver is often in superabundance while spleen always being insufficient" , the theory of "correlation of the liver and spleen" could be applied to the prevention of diseases. The diagnoses and treatments of the spleen and stomach diseases ,the liver and gallbladder diseases,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder as well as tic disorder can be treated with the theory. Invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver qi should be used in the preven- tion of diseases while invigorating the spleen and regulating the liver should be used in the regulation of diseases. Invigorating the spleen and stomach,soothing the liver qi and clearing the liver heat,regulating qi activity should be used in the treatment of the spleen and stomach diseases in children. Soothing the liver qi,promoting the gallbladder function,invigorating the spleen and resolving the dampness should be used in the treatment of the liver and gallbladder diseases in children. Restricting the wood and supplementing the earth and simultaneous treatment of the liver and spleen should be used in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder as well as tic disorder. Simultaneous treatment of the liver and spleen should be used in the clini- cal practice of pediatrics and had an important influence on improving the diagnoses and clinical efficiency in pediatrics.
