摘要
采用一维火焰炉和着火试验炉对神混煤与重庆能源投资集团高硫煤(能投煤)进行试验室掺烧试验,研究了掺烧比例、煤粉细度和运行氧量对混煤着火温度、燃尽率、结渣性能及污染物排放特性的影响。结果表明:随着能投煤掺烧比例的提高,混煤的着火温度提高,燃尽性能变差,结渣倾向降低,NOx、SO2排放质量浓度显著升高。在某电站锅炉现场掺烧过程中锅炉效率、结渣特性变化不大,NOx排放质量浓度略有升高,SO2生成质量浓度大幅升高,运行成本增加。
On a one-dimensional flame furnace and ignition furnace, blend burning tests for Shenhun coal and high sulfur content coal from Chongqing energy (Nengtou coal) were carried out. The influence of mixing proportion, coal fineness and operation oxygen content on ignition temperature, bum-out rate, slagging and pollutant mission of the blended coals were studied. The results show that, with an increase in mixing proportion of the Nengtou coal, the ignition temperature of the mixed fuel increased, the bum-out rate and slagging tendency decreased, and the emission concentration of NOx and SO2 rose substantially. The field blended coal combustion experiment in the power plant boiler indicated that, the boiler efficiency and slagging characteristics had no obvious change, while the NOx emission concentration increased a little, the SO2 concentration increased significantly, leading to an increase in the operation cost.
