摘要
介绍了近年来国内外低碳Al_2O_3-C耐火材料的研究现状。主要包括:碳源(纳米炭黑、纳米碳管、膨胀石墨、超细微晶石墨)的选用,防氧化剂(Al-Si复合粉、Al-Zn复合粉、硼化物)的优化,氧化物粉体的添加以及催化剂的改性等,均对低碳Al_2O_3-C耐火材料的性能改善起到一定的作用。
Research status of low carbon Al2O3-C refractories in recent years both in China and overseas were introduced,including selection of carbon sources (nano carbon black,carbon nanotubes,expanded graphite,and super fine microcrystalline graphite) optimization of antioxidants (Al-Si composite antioxida-nts,Al-Zn composite antioxidants,and boride),oxide powder addition and modification of catalysts,which all improve performances of low carbon Al2O3-C refractories to some extent.
