磁共振成像在子宫内膜癌术前分期中的诊断价值 被引量:9

摘要 近年来,子宫内膜癌已成为发达国家女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤。肿瘤分期是影响子宫内膜癌治疗方式及预后的重要因素,术前准确分期有助于识别高风险子宫内膜癌患者并制定最佳治疗方案。磁共振成像因其软组织分辨率高,多序列、多参数成像等优势,已成为子宫内膜癌术前分期最佳非侵入性检查方法。本文就磁共振成像在子宫内膜癌术前分期中的应用及研究进展予以综述。 Endometrial carcinoma is the most common gynecological malignancy in developed countries and the incidence is rising in China. The stage of the endometrial carcinoma at diagnosis plays an important role in treat-ment planning,and is correlated with prognosis. Accurate preoperative staging of the tumor is helpful for risk strati-fication hefore surgery,which is crucial for optimal personalized management and suhsequent follow-up regiments. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has long heen established as the most accurate noninvasive imaging modality for staging of endometrial carcinomas. And functional MRI techniques, providing more detailed characterization of tumors- vascularity,cellilarity and metaholism,are currently heing intensively investigated all round the world. This review discusses the value of MRI in endometrial carcinoma.
