摘要
晚期胃癌最常用的治疗方法是化疗,但患者存在对化疗药物原发或继发的多药耐药(multidrug resistance,MDR)现象,使患者很难获得长期生存。大量研究证实,microRNA是转录后基因表达调节的关键分子,在肿瘤的多种生物学行为中起着关键性作用,本文就microRNA调控胃癌多药耐药的相关研究进展做一综述。
Chemotherapy is the most effective treatment of advanced gastric cancer. But it is difficult to obtain long - term survival with the multidrug resistance to chemotherapy primary or secondary multidrug resistance( MDR) reason. Therefore, gastric cancer multidrug resistance related research has become a hot spot. In recent years, studies have confirmed that microRNA as post - transcriptional regulator plays a key role in a variety of biological behavior of tumor, involved in gastric carcinogenesis and development process. This paper reviews research progress about microR-NA regulating multidrug resistance of gastric cancer.
