摘要
某炼油厂原油加工能力1 000×10~4 t/a,全厂各装置产生的干气、液化气均采用醇胺溶液脱硫工艺实现对H_2S的有效脱除。针对炼油厂胺液系统存在的污染、损失、发泡、热稳定性盐的控制等问题,有针对性地提出技术改造措施和管理措施,使胺液系统的运行日趋平稳。胺液损失从9.83t/月降至8.28t/月,下降了15.8%。
The refinery of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company has a refining capacity of 10 million t/ a , All the dry gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) are purified by using alcremove H2S effectively . Aiming at the pollution, loss, foaming, thermal stability salt control of theamine liquid system in refinery,the implement technical improvement measures,management measures and other problems were put forward to make the amine liquid system run sof amine liquid decreased from 9.83 t to 8.28 t per month, which decreased by 15.8%.
