钛合金粉末成形技术及数值模拟研究

摘要 对TC4粉末压制成形过程中温度和压力对压胚密度的影响进行研究。同时,研究了不同压制条件对压胚密度分布的影响。结果表明,粉体成形过程中模壁摩擦导致了相对密度分布的不同;通过对圆柱体试样压制过程的模拟验证表明,样品沿挤压轴方向上密度分布不均匀,与有限元分析结果一致。 This paper makes a study of the effect of the temperature and pressure on the densification of TC4 powder and the effect of different pressing conditions on the sample density distribution. The results show that the friction of the mold wall in the process of powder forming causes the difference of the relative density distribution; The simulation of the cylinder specimen pressing process, points to conclusion that the density distribution of the samples along the pressing axis is non - uniform and this result is consistent with the result predicted by finite element analysis.
