摘要
文章通过采用金相显微镜和万能拉伸试验机,对全合成水基润滑液轧制铝板和冷轧轧制油轧制铝板的组织和力学性能进行探究;观察两者轧制纹路的差异,分析并判断两种润滑介质下轧制铝板延伸率和抗拉强度不同的原因,为全合成水基轧制液工业化现场应用和工艺调整提供技术支撑和理论依据。
In this paper,the microstructure and mechanical properties of fully synthetic water - based lubricant rosheet and cold rolling oil aluminum sheet are studied by means of metallographic microscope and universal tensile testingmachine. Based on the observation on the differences of the rolling lines,we may analysis and judge the reasons of differentrolling aluminum elongation and tensile strength under different lubrication medium. This research provides technologicalsupport and theoretical basis for the industrial field application and process adjustment of the synthesis water - based rollingfluid.
