摘要
分析了区域消防战勤保障力量体系建设的基本内涵和主要特征,探讨了当前区域消防战勤保障力量体系化建设存在的主要问题,从战勤保障理论、战勤保障装备、力量模块化编成、战勤保障指挥和保障力量预置与补给五个方面提出建议与对策。
This paper analyzes the basic connotation and main features of the construction of regional firefighting warfare security power system, and discusses the main problems existing in the construction of the regional warhead warfare power system. Recommendations and countermeasures are proposed from the theory of warfare, warfare equipment, power modularity compilation, warfare support command and security force pre-set and supply.
