摘要
本文介绍了在上海地区高含砂土层中应用泥浆除砂工艺进行钻孔灌注桩施工的施工工艺,通过两种不同泥浆处理工艺试验成桩的指标参数对比,并通过试桩工程桩基检测的结果表明,采用除砂工艺能在保证桩基质量的基础上,还具有提高成桩效率、提高泥浆利用率、净化脱水后的砂料还能用于桩孔回填,减少环境污染等方面的优点,并提出了除砂工艺钻孔灌注桩施工中的监控要点。
In this paper, the construction technology of bored cast - in -place pile construction in the high sandy soil layer in Shanghai is introduced. The parameters of the pile are tested by two different mud treatment processes. The results show that the sand removal process can improve the efficiency of pile piles and improve the utilization rate of mud, and the sand material after purification and dewatering can also be used for backfilling of pile holes and reduce environmental pollution. And the monitoring points in the construction of cast-in-place bored pile are put forward.
