摘要
通过对某湿式双离合自动变速器(DCT)拨叉结合过程的机理分析,提出了基于拨叉位置的档位结合控制策略,得到了影响拨叉结合质量的两个主要因素:即档位的不同以及油温的影响.利用该控制策略对拨叉结合时间和振动加速度进行实车测试,结果表明:所提出的控制策略能够很好的平衡拨叉结合时间与结合噪音,从而有效提升DCT换挡质量.
By analyzing the mechanism of the shift fork engagement process of a wet Dual-Clutch Transmission (DCT), this paper proposes a gear engagement control strategy based on the fork position. Two main factors affecting the quality of the fork engagement are found. They are different gears and oil temperature. The shift fork engagement time and vibration acceleration are tested in vehicle according to the control strategy. The results show that the control strategy can balance the shift fork engagement time and noise, DCT shift quality can be improved effectively.
