摘要
陶瓷膜是一种具有分离功能的新型材料的膜,被广泛应用于乳制品、食醋、酱油、果蔬汁加工等食品行业中。随着陶瓷膜分离技术的不断改进,它在制糖工业中的应用也逐渐受到了人们的关注。文章概述了陶瓷膜分离的原理、种类及特点,着重对近年来陶瓷膜分离技术在制糖工业中的应用研究做了较为全面的综述,并对陶瓷膜应用于制糖工业中存在的问题以及未来的发展趋势进行了讨论,以期为今后的研究及实践提供参考。
Ceramic membrane is a kind of membrane with function of separation. It is widely used in food industries such as dairy product, vinegar, soy sauce and fruit and vegetable juice processing. With the increasing improvement of ceramic membrane separation technology, its application in the sugar industry is gradually concerned. The mechanism, type and characteristic of ceramic membrane separation technology are introduced, focusing on making a more comprehensive overview on the application of ceramic membrane in sugar industry in recent years. In addition, the existing problems on application of ceramic membrane in sugar industry are discussed, and its development trends are also prospected. Look forward to providing references for future research and practice.
