摘要
本试验旨在研究基础日粮中添加参苓白术散对哺乳仔猪生长性能及肠道菌群的影响。选用24头新生且胎次相同体质量相近的哺乳仔猪,随机分成4组(每组6头,公母各半),设为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组。对照组仔猪和母猪整个试验期内均饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组母猪从产后0d-哺乳结束基础日粮中添加0.3%的参苓白术散,试验Ⅱ组仔猪从出生后14d-断奶教槽料中添加0.5%的参苓白术散,试验Ⅲ组仔猪断奶前3d教槽料中添加0.5%的参苓白术散,试验时间为35d。结果表明,试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组仔猪的平均日增重均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)而料重比极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。同时,在肠道菌群多样性方面,参苓白术散在属的水平上降低了普氏菌、拟杆菌属、Blautia菌属、普拉菌属、丝杆菌菌属的百分率,提高Succinivibyio、Parabacteroides、Paludibacter菌属的百分率(特别是显著提高了肠道有益菌乳酸杆菌的百分率)。由此可知,在哺乳母猪基础日粮中或断奶前仔猪教槽料中添加参苓白术散能够提高断奶前仔猪生产性能并改变其肠道菌群多样性。
The purpose of this experiment was to research the effect of Shenling Baizhu San on growth performance and structural changes of gut microbiota in nursing piglets. Twenty four new- ly born piglets with similar parity and relative quality were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=6, half of male and female). The piglets and sows in the control group were fed with conventional feed in the whole experimental period. In the experimental group, 0. 3% Shenling Baizhu San (SLB) was added to sow diets from 0 th days postpartum to t'he end of, lactation; group Ⅱ was added 0.5 % Shenling Baizhu San to the piglets creep feed from birth tO weaning, group Ⅲ, was added 0.55 Shenling Baizhu San to the piglets creep feed at 3 days before weaning. The results showed that,the average daily gain of piglets in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.01) but material weight ratio was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.01). At the same time,in the aspects of intestinal microbiota diversity, Shenling Baizhu San reduced the percentage of Prevotella,Bacteroides,Blautia, Faecalibacterium, Fibrobacter and increased the percentage of Succinivibyio, Parabacteroides, Paludibacter at the genus level (especially the diversity of intestinal bacteria Lactobacillus). which indicated that adding a certain concentration of Shenling Baizhu San to lactating sows diets or pre weaning piglets creep food can improve the production performance and change the intestinal bacteria structural of weaning piglet.
