摘要
针对内蒙古察哈素煤矿31303长壁工作面高应力条件下,辅运回风顺槽煤柱自然发火情况,系统分析了自然发火的原因,利用封堵喷浆煤壁、三相泡沫对煤柱高温区域进行惰化降温、固化松散煤体以及筑密闭墙形式的综合防灭火措施,解决了因巷道风压差过大引起的漏风问题,消除了高温氧化煤柱的危害,保证了31303工作面的正常安全回采。
Coal for the Inner Mongolia Chahasu 31303 longwall working face of high stress conditions, auxiliary shipped back to air trough pillar spontaneous combustion conditions , we analyze the reasons for spontaneous combustion systematically, and using the coal block wall spray, foam-phase high- temperature region of the pillar inerting cooling, curing loose coal and build a closed wall in the form of a comprehensive fire prevention measures to address the roadway due to wind pressure caused by excessive leakage problem, eliminate the hazards of high temperature oxidation of coal pillar, to ensure the normal and safe mining 31303 face.
