摘要
针对发动机传动轴强度、疲劳特性较差等问题,运用Ansys建立传动轴有限元分析模型,计算分析了不同转速、扭矩对传动轴应力及位移的影响。研究结果表明,随着转速的增加,传动轴最大应力基本保持不变,最大位移逐渐增加;随着扭矩的增加,传动轴最大应力呈现逐渐增加的趋势,最大位移基本保持不变。
To the problems of poor strength and fatigue characteristics for engine drive shaft, the finite element analysis model of shaft was established by Ansys, the influence of the different rotating speed, torque to the stress and displacement of the shaft have been analyzed by calculation. The results show that with the increase of rotational speed, the maximum stress of shaft basic remains the same, the maximal displacement of shaft shows the tendency of gradually increasing; with the increase of torque, the maximum stress of shaft is gradually increasing, the maximal displacement of shaft basic remains the same.
