摘要
利用胶体磨制备乳化柴油,并对柴油乳化参数进行了分析研究,确定油水比为1∶4~1∶5时,能够制得参数较好的乳化液。分别采用乳化柴油和柴油作为捕收剂进行浮选对比试验,结果表明:采用乳化柴油时的浮选完善指标比柴油高5.66个百分点,浮选速度试验中第一次精煤产率比柴油高5.01个百分点;在浮选完善指标相同的情况下,乳化柴油用量比柴油节省39.13%。
An analytical study is made in the paper of the parameters involved in the emulsification of diesel oil using colloid mill. It is observed that at an oil-water ratio of 5: 1, an optimal emulsifying resuh can be attained. Comparative test is made on the use of emulsified diesel oil and diesel oil as collector. Test result indicates that with the use of the former as collector, the flotation perfection index is 5.66 per- centage points higher, and the yield of concentrate in the first time is also increased by 5.01 percentage points as evidenced by result of test on flotation rate. Under the condition that flotation is made with iden- tical flotation perfection index, the consumption of emulsified diesel oil is lower than that of diesel oil by 39.13%.
