自然降温对辽东栎抗寒生理指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以辽东栎的一年生休眠枝为试验材料,研究其在自然降温条件下,枝条内的过氧化物酶(POD)活性、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和可溶性糖含量的变化,对辽东栎的抗寒性进行综合评估。结果表明,POD活性、游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量及丙二醛的含量均与温度呈负相关,4个指标均随着温度的降低而上升,随温度的增高而下降;1月21日,温度降至最低值-20℃时,辽东栎的POD活性达到最大值38.98 U/(g·min);游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖2种渗透调节物的含量均达到最大值,分别为65.13μg/g和126.2 mg/g;丙二醛的含量达到最大值(5.01 mol/g)。综合分析得出,辽东栎具有较强的抗寒性,适合在榆林地区推广种植。 In this article, one-year-old dormant branches of Quercus liaotungensis were used as materials to measure the changes of peroxidase (POD)activity, free proline content, malondialdehyde (MDA)content and soluble sugar content in natural temperature reduction. Finally, a integrated assessment on cold resistance of Quercus liaotungensis was made. The results showed that POD activity, the free proline content, soluble sugar content and MDA content were all negative correlation with temperature, both of the four indicators increased with the decrease of temperature and decreased with the increase of temperature. On January 21th, when the temperature dropped to a minimum of-20 ℃, POD activity reached the maximum value 38.98 U/ (g· min ), the free proline and soluble sugar of the two osmoregulation substance contents reached the maximum value 65.13 μg/g and 126.2 mg/g, the MDA content reached the maximum value 5.01 mol/g. By comprehensive analysis, the conclusion shows that the Quercus liaotungensis has strong cold resistance and was suitable for large area planted in Yulin area.
