论述了枸杞叶所含的营养成分、保健功能;枸杞叶在制茶、蔬菜、植物源食品添加剂、饲料方面的基础研究及利用;枸杞叶提取物在皮肤护理(紫外线损伤)、牙齿保护(牙齿菌斑)方面的基础研究及对利用做出展望,可为山西省发展枸杞叶产业提供参考。
The paper introduces the nutrient composition and the health functions of lycium chinensis leaf, basic research and utilization of lycium chinensis leaves tea, wolfberry dish, food additives and wolfberry feed, the basic research of the extract of leaf on skin care （UV damage to skin） and tooth protection （Dental plaque）, makes prospects for the use of lyceum barbayium leaf on skin care （UV damage to skin） and tooth protection （Dental plaque）. It provides reference for the development of lycium chinensis leaves industry in Shanxi.
