摘要
用ANSYS/Workbench几何建模平台Design/Modeler建立管道安装结构的有限元模型,借助ANSYS/Workbench对管道在受到28 MPa稳定内压条件下,获得管道安装结构的模态,得到整体结构的前6阶频率和振型。由位移变形云图得知,原结构第3阶自振频率接近工作频率,且最大变形位置在管道拐角处。通过增加管道结构约束的方式,提高整体结构各阶自振频率,有效地避开了工作频率,为工程设计与优化提供参考。
The finite element model of pipe/panel structure is established using Design/Modeler of ANSYS/Workbench. The modal analysis of the pipe/panel structure is done at 28 MPa of stable pres- sure by ANSYS/Workbench,the first six order frequency and vibration model are obtained. The de- formation cloud diagram shows that, the third natural frequency is close to the working frequency and the maximum deformation is around the comer of the pipe. The natural frequencies are increased by adding constraints, and avoiding the working frequencies. The results can be the references for the de- sign and optimization.
