摘要
为了提高扣件式钢管脚手架稳定承载力,保证施工安全,运用ANSYS有限元软件对建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架进行三维数值模拟,分析了不同剪刀撑布置方式下脚手架稳定承载力变化的规律以及连墙件的布置方式对脚手架稳定性的影响.结果表明:设置竖向剪刀撑、连墙件相较于未设置构配件时脚手架稳定承载力显著增强;设置水平剪刀撑不能提高脚手架稳定承载力,且设置内外立杆剪刀撑比仅设置内立杆剪刀撑时脚手架稳定承载力提高;连墙件设置密度越大,脚手架稳定承载力越大.
In order to improve the bearing capacity of steel tubular scaffold stablhty, to ensure construction safety, ANSYS software is used for three-dimensional modeling of steel tubular scaffold construction and numerical simulation. The stable bearing capacity of different scissors arrangement under scaffolding changes is analyzed. The effect of wall piece arrangement on scaffolding stability is also analyzed. The results show:A set of vertical scissors and wall pieces between poles greatly improve the bearing capacity of stable scaffold; The level scissors can not raise the scaffolding stable capacity, while the inner and outer poles improve more stable capacity;While the wall pieces are denser, the carrying capacity of stable scaffold increases more.
