多层螺旋CT测算L2-L4椎体骨密度诊断老年妇女骨质疏松症的临床价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探究多层螺旋CT在评价老年妇女腰椎骨密度及诊断骨质疏松症的准确性,为临床应用提供依据。方法:选取80例2013年1月至2015年1月于医院体检且接受CT扫描检查的老年女性者作为研究对象,使用QCT3000骨密度分析系统、Light Speed Plus 16及64排螺旋CT机器(GE)对患者进行骨密度和MDCT VH检查。结果:MDCT VH及QCT检测BMD时,其诊断结果无显著性差异(P>0.05);采用MDCT VH检测时L2 BMD显著低于QCT检测(P<0.05);Mean BMD及T值相关系数分别为0.975和0.973,且均存统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多螺旋CT扫描可有效测算L2-L4椎体骨密度并对老年女性骨质疏松患者诊断有十分重要的临床意义。 Objective: Exploring the accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in the evaluation of lumbar bone mineral density and diagnosis of osteoporosis in elderly women, and to provide evidence for clinical application. Methods: Selected 80 cases from January 2013 to January 2015 at our hospital check-up and accepted CT scanning of the elderly women as the object of study of this group, using QCT3000 bone density analysis system, light speed plus 16 and 64 slice spiral CT machine (GE) on patients of bone mineral density and MDCT VH check. Results: MDCT VH and QCT BMD testing, the diagnosis results no significant difference (P〉0.05); detected by MDCT VH L2 BMD was significantly lower than that of QCT detection (P〈0.05); mean BMD and T value correlation coefficients were asked 0.975 and 0.973, and were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Multi spiral CT scan can effectively measure the bone mineral density of L2-L4 vertebral body and it has important clinical significance in the diagnosis o- elderly women with osteolaorosis.
