摘要 信息觅食理论关注用户自身认知、已有经验与外部环境对信息获取效率的影响,强调用户为寻求效益/耗费比值最大化而在不同的信息源中进行选择。当前的泛在信息环境给用户获取信息带来多元化选择的同时,也对用户信息能力提出了全新的挑战。为提升用户信息获取效率、优化用户信息获取体验,公共图书馆应充分发挥其社会教育职能,运用多种手段整合信息资源与服务,加强对用户信息能力的培育,提高用户泛在信息环境下信息觅食的效率。 Information foraging theory focuses on the users' cognition, experience and external environment impact on the efficiency of information acquisition. It is emphasized that users make a selection in the different sources of information in order to maximize the benefit/cost ratio. The ubiquitous information environment brings diverse choices to users in acquiring information. However, it brings new challenges to users' information ability. To improve users' information acquisition efficiency and optimize users' information acquisition experience, public li- braries should give full play to its social education function, use a variety of means to integrate information resources and services, and strengthen the cultivation of users' information ability, in order to improve the users' information foraging efficiency under the ubiquitous information environment.
