摘要
通过对摇臂传动齿轮设计、工况、制造等多因素的综合分析,找到摇臂齿轮断齿失效的主要原因。通过对齿轮材料、齿形、加工刀具、渗碳淬火工艺、喷丸强化技术等方面的研究,得到了提高摇臂齿轮疲劳强度和弯曲强度的综合方法。经实际使用验证了本研究成果可以大大提高齿轮的使用寿命。
The main causes of tooth fracture failure of gears in ranging arm of the shearer were found by comprehensive analysis of ranging arm gearing in all aspects, such as design, working conditions and manufacture. The study of material, shape of gear, tooling, carburizing-quenching and shot-blasting process led to a comprehensive method to improve the fatigue strength and bending strength of the ranging arm gearing. The study greatly prolonged the service life of ranging arm gearing, which has been verified by practice.
