平煤二矿地面生产系统技术改造实践

摘要 针对平煤二矿原地面生产系统排矸效率和精度均低、原料煤灰分高、矸石无效运输浪费运力资源、窄轨运矸制约生产的问题,在对原煤煤质特征分析的基础上,确定生产系统技术改造方案,并予以实施。生产实践表明:在对生产系统改造后,其稳定性提高,原料煤灰分降低,工人劳动强度降低,节约了一定运力资源,既符合节能降耗的环保政策,又提高了企业经济效益。 Pingmei No. 2 Mine used to face a series of troubles in the operation of its original surface coal preparation system, such as low de-shaling efficiency and accuracy, high ash of raw coal after treatment, waste of energy for railway transport of coal refuse to coal preparation plants and the limited refuse disposal capacity due to use of narrow-guage refuse cars. To tackle these problems, a technical remoulding scheme is defined based on an analysis of the raw coal property. As evidenced by practice, the use of the technically upgraded system can lead to higher operation stability, reduced raw coal ash and labor intensity, and substantial save of transportation cost an achievement which is not only in line with the current environmental protection policy calling for energy conservation, but also beneficial to the improvement of economic performance of the enterprise.
