摘要
目的探讨分析临床中的脑瘫儿童的异常心理及对其进行心理干预对脑瘫儿童的康复训练的效果。方法对我院自2014年1月至2016年1月的脑瘫儿童60例采用随机抽取的方式进行分组,随机分为两组实验组与对照组,每组30例。对照组儿童采用常规护理方法进行护理干预,实验组儿童在对照组的基础上进行综合护理干预,并对其进行评价测试。实验之前对所有脑瘫儿童进行综合测试评估并记录,护理期结束时同时对所有脑瘫儿童进行综合能力及生活质量进行测试评定,分析综合护理干预心理干预对脑瘫儿童康复治疗的影响。结果通过对两组脑瘫儿童的护理治疗,实验组与对照组患者经测试评定后的数据效果存在显著差异性,实验组脑瘫儿童的康复训练有效率(90%)要远远的高于对照组(67%),P<0.05。结论对脑瘫儿童进行综合的心理护理干预能明显的提高患儿的综合生活功能及生活质量,心理护理干预对于福利院脑瘫儿童的康复训练具有良好的助推作用,能够在有限的时间内促进患儿系统有效的进行康复训练达到治疗的最佳效果。
Objective Analysis of abnormal in children with cerebral palsy in clinical psychology. Methods Experimental group divided into two groups. The nursing period analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention effects of psychological intervention on rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Results The two groups of nursing care in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy, the twogroups were assessed by the test data results significant differences, rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy in the experimental group(90%) is much higher than the control group (67%), P〈0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in children with cerebral palsy has a good boost to silgnificantly can promote the system effective rehabilitation treatment for best results in clinical application.
