摘要
在低碳经济背景下,建立了一个考虑碳交易的包含碳捕集电厂、风电场、火电厂联合运行的低碳调度模型。介绍了各种电源的碳排放特性、碳交易的基本内容、碳捕集电厂的运行特点,建立了火力发电成本最低、碳交易成本最低、碳捕集电厂运行成本最低为目标函数的多目标调度模型,约束条件包括负荷平衡、机组出力约束、爬坡约束、旋转备用约束、碳捕集效率约束,通过基于动态交换和密度距离的粒子群算法求解非支配集,并用模糊满意度方法求解模型的最优解。最后,通过3种模式下算例结果的对比,说明了碳交易机制在减排方面的巨大作用和碳捕集电厂在减排、减少弃风、减小机组出力波动方面的优势。
Under the background of low-carbon economy,a low-carbon economic dispatching model is established including carbon capture power plants, wind power system and thermal power plant. This paper introduces the carbon emission characteristics of all kinds of power supply,the basic content of carbon trading,the operation characteristics of carbon capture power plant,and establishes a objective function of multi-objective dispatching model which makes minimum thermal power generation cost,minimum carbon trading cost,minimum operation cost of carbon capture power plant. The constraint conditions mainly consider load balance constraints, the unit output constraints, the ramp constraints, spinning reserve constraints, carbon capture efficiency constraint. Based on dynamic exchange and density of the distance of particle swal^n algorithm to solve the dominating sets ,and using fuzzy satisfaction method to figure out the optimal solution of model,through comparing the results of the three kinds of mode, the paper elaborates the huge role of carbon trading in energy conservation and emission reduction, and the advantages of carbon capture power plant in reduction, reducing abandoned wind & reducing the unit output fluctuation.
