摘要
随着我国医疗领域不断发展,注射剂、滴眼剂的应用范围愈加广泛,但在实际应用中,由于注射剂和滴眼剂中的抗氧剂和抑菌剂添加量不当,从而造成不良反应等问题被医疗领域所重视。本文主要探究注射剂和滴眼剂中的抑菌剂和抗氧剂添加与检测方法,旨在提高注射剂和滴眼剂的稳定性与安全性。
With the constant development of China＇s medical industry, the application range of injection and eye drops has become more and more intensive, however, in the practical application, the improper addition of antioxidents and baeteriostatic in injection and eye drops will cause adverse effect etc. problems, which needs the great attention of medical industry. In this paper, it has studyed the addition and measurement method of bacteriostatics and antioxidents in injectin and eye drops so that to improve the stability and safety of injection and eye drops.
