摘要
社区更新逐渐成为城市存量更新的重要内容。在渝中区"十三五规划"中,要求强化城市更新规划、突出山城文化特色,并强调应进一步挖掘传统老旧社区的历史人文内涵,打造一批兼顾文化展示与都市旅游功能的新型宜居都市社区。在此背景下,本文以"渝中区社区更新总体思路研究"为依据,参照"资产为本"的社区发展理念,对上清寺学田湾片区更新进行实证研究,基于城市思维,将社区更新目标纳入周边区域整体发展框架,以社区内主要生活街巷和菜市场作为活力触媒点,最终形成"区域联动+触媒营造"的更新策略,针对性地制定社区更新行动计划,以此构建多方参与的更新机制,激活社区中的社会资本与公共力量,探索城市社区更新的地方途径。
The community regeneration is becoming an important part of urban regeneration. It is required in the 13th 5-year plan of Chongqing Yuzhong District to strengthen the city regeneration planning, highlight the cultural characteristics of the mountain city and stress to furtherly develop historical cultural connotation of the traditional old communities, to create a number of urban livable communities which have the function both of culture exhibition and urban tourism. Under this background, with The Research on Overall Philosophy of Community Regeneration in Yuzhong District as the basis and the guidance of the theory of Asset-based Community Development, this paper made the empirical research on the regeneration of Xuetianwan Area, based on the Urban Thinking, to integrate the objectives of community regeneration into the overall regional development framework, to the main living streets and market within the community as the catalyst points, and ultimately forming ＂regional linkage ＋ catalyst building＂ update strategy, to set up the community regeneration plan accordingly, and setting up a new mechanism for public participation to revitalize the social capital and public power, exploring the local approach of urban community regeneration.
