寒地黑木耳栽培菌种紫外线诱导技术研究

摘要 将5种寒地黑木耳优良栽培菌种在紫外灯下进行紫外线诱导培育,通过菌丝生长速度和生长势测定试验、袋料栽培试验,综合菌丝生长情况、抗逆性商品性能等试验数据的对比分析,得出雪梅一两三诱变2号菌丝粗壮、洁白,污染率低,且子实体性状较好,出耳产量较高,比较适宜在寒地栽种,命名为XM02。 The Uv light induced cultivation of 5 types Auricularia auricula cultivation strains under the uv lamp, through the mycelium growth rate and growth potential determined test;Cultivation experiment succeeded, compre hensive hypha growthl resistance performance goods such as contrast analysis of test data, conclusion that xuemeilliang3 mutagenic No. 2 hyphae thick; white, low pollution rate, and fruit body character is better, out of the ear yield is higher, suitable planting in cold, named XM02.
