后路手术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折的临床疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨后路手术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折的疗效。方法:收治脊柱胸腰段骨折患者124例,均给予后路切开复位钉棒系统固定植骨融合。结果:患者术后恢复情况良好,随访6个月,患者受伤椎体前缘高度比值、VAS评分改善情况均较为理想。结论:后路手术方式治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折疗效显著,患者恢复情况良好。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of posterior approach in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:124patients with thoracolumbar fractures were selected.They were treated with posterior open reduction and screw fixation and bone graft fusion.Results:The recovery was good after the operation.They were followed up for 6 months,and the ratio of anterior vertebral height and VAS score were improved better.Conclusion:The posterior approach is effective in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.
