摘要
从森林公园数量、建设投入情况、旅游收入、从业人员等方面总结概括黑龙江省地方林业森林公园发展现状,根据实地调研分析森林公园经营管理中存在的问题,从体制机制、资金投入、基础设施建设、人才队伍建设、森林产品创新等问题提出了发展对策。
This paper summarizes the management present situation of Forest Park in Heilongjiang province from the aspects of forest quantity,construction investment,tourism income and practitioners. Point out the problems in its development. It also puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems such as system and mechanism, capital investment,irfrastructure construction, talent teamconstrnction,forest product innovahon and so on. So that it can promote the further development of Heilongjiang Forest Park.
